Not only does it fill my laundry room with a nice odor on laundry day, it remains on the linens, sheets and towels, and clothes with a pleasant reminder of how clean it is. I use both the detergent and the softener and I'm pleased with their performance. This leaves clothes and all laundry soft with no allergic responses to the wear. Our city has horrible water quality with hard water and high chlorine levels, which even make my eyes burn sometimes. My t-shirts became stiff and not soft anymore. Dean has a wonderful smell, but I find it overpowering and the gain brand is expensive. Trust me when I tell you, take an empty bottle, pour in half of the gain and add water. Do the same with both and you have two full containers. No loss of scent, and no loss of money.
