I got this liner because I already own it, and am running low. This lip liner stays put, defines my lips, but doesn’t line them so heavily that it looks like I have an outline on my mouth. The lipstick I wear subtly blends with this color. I like to fill in my lips with this shade sometimes too, by using the lip liner itself to add color to my lips. The pencil is a crayon type soft material tip and can be applied with precision every time. This color is perfect with corals, nudes, peach tones, and blush colors. I have tanned, light to medium skin with yellow undertones. My coloring is considered “neutral”. This shade works for me very nicely. It also feels nice applying it. I do not like pencils that you have to sharpen. They simply don’t work well and are hard to keep sharp. I end up wasting a lot of that type of product. With this brand and lip pencil, I get no waste and can use the entire stick. I don’t feel like my lips get dry with use of this product either. The L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Lip Liner in 782 Toffee To Be has quickly become one of my go-to lip products. The color is a beautiful warm deep brown, and even though brown is a new color for me, I paired it with a neutral brownish-pink lipstick and it looked so good. It blended very well and looks so natural, not harsh at all. The liner goes on smoothly without tugging, and the creamy formula makes it easy to get precise lines while still feeling comfortable on the lips. I love that it has Omega 3 and Vitamin E, which help keep my lips from feeling dry. I do have to reapply after eating or drinking, but that’s quite normal for this type of liner, and it’s easy to keep in my purse for quick touch-ups. I also love the retractable function so I don’t have to worry about sharpening it. It wears well otherwise and adds a polished finish to any makeup look. ... show more

Love, love, love this liner and matching L’Oréal lipstick, and it’s got beautiful color! It does not smudge at all, doesn’t skip and stays til I take it off. It’s soft, and I can get a thin or thicker line and no sharpening as it keeps itself sharp. I’ll be buying more in this and other colors. Nice lip liner, like the color and seems to be a good value for the money. The tube seems small but fits nicely in purse. We’ll see how long it lasts but the price was right so. Goes on nicely and lasts without smudging or drying lips.

I have purchased this lip liner a milliion times, this is my favorite lipliner ever! (Toffee To Be) However, this time around I have to give it 3 stars, they've recently changed the packaging & I'm wondering if they changed the formula as well? I say that because, when I started using the last liner I purchased a couple of weeks ago, my lips seemed to have an allergic reaction to it. It's not so much visible to anyone else, however my lips have gotten very dry, chafed & red, only in the area where I line my lips & I'm having a hard time getting them to heal. I haven't used any other new products, so it has to be the lip liner. I wasn't sure if anyone else was experiencing the same thing with the new packaging? ... show more
