For this track, we designed and customized a small hook to match the grommet curtain, making it easier to use. Our products include curtain track, and track accessories, spring tension rods of various diameters and lengths, curtain rods, curtain tiebacks, and more innovative products will be launched continuously. The track rollers glide effortlessly along the track plane, and we use thick pulleys, it will not fall off the track, even if you hang heavy curtains This plastic curtain track is strong and durable, the plastic is designed to be flexible, but strong enough to not crack or break. Material: PVC and Steel Track Dimensions: 3/8" in width, 1" in height. Other dimensions are shown in the image. Drill holes with 1/4 inch drill bit, spaced12-16" apart, and mount the brackets with anchor & screws. Make sure they are going in the same direction. Relax and roll it up oppsite to straighten the track. It doesn't matter if it's not completely straight, it will be fixed after snap it into the brackets. Then, measure the length and cut to size by a fine tooth hacksaw. Install the smooth and heavy duty track rollers into track and snap the end caps. Hookin the 304 stainless steel hooks into the rollers. Snap the track into the brackets one by one. And then, hang your curtain on the roller hooks. Congratulations, now you have a complete curtain system. Smoothly and silently glide on the curtain track. Mount the curtain track on the ceiling or wall with a snap-on brackets and slide on the track roller to slide easily on the curtain track. This is so close to 5 star review. Honestly, I'd say more like 4.5, but I can't do that. It went up really well, the parts were all in good condition, and it seems to have all of the necessary parts. I put weights on it, as it recommended, for about 3 days to flatten it out. Yeah, it still curves a little, and that's to be expected. The only minor thing is that because of the curve, the ends of it won't straighten out (you may be able to see it slightly in the pictures. Overall, I'd say it is a solid purchase. I bought, separately, some clamps to hold a green screen that doesn't have grommets already in it. ... show more

    • Pay attention to the install process. It works!

First, people that are complaining are those that don't normally install much of anything. Complaining that a product is difficult to install is not about the product. It's about the user/installer inability and lack of experience. If you don't know how to install an A/C unit, would you rate the A/C low due to your lack of experience and understanding? My review is that the ceiling mount curtain rail is very strong because it's aluminum covered in plastic. Metal is typically supposed to be difficult to bend. If it were cheap plastic and nothing but plastic that was easy to bend, then the complaints would be that it doesn't hold up and is flappy. You MUST unroll METAL rail the opposite direction and allow it to sit (overnight is what I did). As a matter of fact, I simply kept bending it a few inches apart because rolling was difficult considering I purchased quite a few feet for my purpose. In any case, reverse rolling WILL NOT make it straight. It simply makes it more manageable to work with due to less roll. To get straight lines, you MUST install the brackets fairly close; I suggest at least 8" apart instead of the 12 to 16 inches the instructions say to do. The more and closer the brackets, the closer to straight you will get. The further the brackets, the more waves you WILL get (nearly unavoidable). Installing the rails into the brackets is best done by screwing the end without the plastic all the way in, and NOT screwing the plastic end all the way. Screw it most of the way to allow the rail to snap into place. Once you have a good amount of the rail installed, screw the end with the plastic. It works! ... show more

Easy to install. Smooth gliding on track. Hooks easy to attach/detach. End caps have a ring for attaching hook to keep end of curtain in place. Used two 55" wide panels with a thick blackout material. Holding weight well so far. It was helpful to watch a video from other users here to guide the install. This was to hold in the cool air condition and not leak into wider part of home. ... show more

    • Needs a hacksaw?

I found it pretty obnoxious to bend this rod into a “straight” line. I even left books as weights on top of it to hopefully mold it into a straight line. Even so it is still very squiggly and not straight. You would have to be lying on the floor or couch looking up at it to notice, it doesn’t affect the aesthetic of the hung curtains at all. But if that sort of thing drives you crazy, maybe think again. Also, if you order a longer size with the intention of cutting it down to size, you do really need a hack saw. We tried to use something different to cut it down and were not successful. You need the hacksaw to get a clean edge so that the end/stopper that keeps the curtains from flying off the track can smoothly fit onto the end. I actually do like how easily the curtain holders glide across the track. It’s very quiet and smooth. Overall, not the easiest to put up in my case but serves its purpose and I REALLY needed some curtains for the space & they’re finally hung securely on the track! ... show more

One of my bathrooms is very small. The shower stall was 32X32 and it had glass doors that closed on two sides. I never liked taking a shower in that bath as it felt claustrophobic to me. So I thought hmmm what can I do to make this shower stall larger. This ceiling curtain rod did the trick plus it looks nice and gave me about and extra 6-8 inches larges on each side of my shower stall. Since the rod hung from the ceiling I found a extra wide cloth shower curtain and a extra long vinyl shower so that the curtain would reach the shower pan and keep the water in. It was kind of hard I guess awkward to hang this up myself. I did it myself but it would have been way easier for two people. With the glass doors removed.. I now can keep the curtain open and tied back when not in use and it gives the whole bathroom a feel of being so much larger. Please see photos for reference. I have with shower curtain open and closed. Please note: I have (2) shower curtains hanging on the one rod. the cloth one hangs "outside" the shower pan and the inside one hangs "inside" the shower pan so it keeps the water in. Absolutely love this product! We have a very unique shower area that desperately needed enclosure, but I didn’t want to pay the money for a custom glass insert. Because of the shape a standard bar wouldn’t work either and I was tired of breezy showers with splatter outside of the shower area. This product was the perfect solution.
