I was expecting it to clamp closed to hold the pressure tight on the tumbler, but it doesn't. You have to hold it, which is hard to do, and doesn't allow you to get another cup ready or remove the tape off of one. I returned it for a different model.

Was very skeptical to order this with no reviews but, it's been a great product so far. I use it for sublimination on tumblers and works very well. Having good ventilation is a must. Mine sits next to a window and I just crack the window. It gets very hot.

Was having issues with cups not pressing consistently, bought a thermal temp gun and discovered it was not heating consistently or accurately - the temp is about 40+ higher in the center than what it is set at and the ends of the press are 20-30 degrees lower. Very unhappy with this purchase!

The media could not be loaded. Here it’s been on for over 20mins and still nothing temp does not move .. turn it on and it always reads 112.. there heat element is bad I would say ..
