The 12 shelf dehydrator seems to be of high quality, so far I have only used it once. The shelf's are not huge, but that is what I wanted so they would easily for in the dishwasher. This unit can fit a large amount Is produce in it at a time. The controls were ready to use, and because it's all stainless steel cleanup is a breeze. My only complaint is because of it's shells size I have not been able to find trays for fruit leathers.

Looks nice, works good. Only 2 things l could complain about is the lower level seems to cook a bit faster. The other is things stick to the stainless racks. Would recommend getting the silicone tray covers to keep cooked items from sticking. Great product.

I purchased this dehydrater because I wanted to get into the practice of learning how to store excess food. This dehydrater is amazing. I love how it's not noticeable when on. (At least, I can't tell) It's easy to use and clean and I love how it offer the lifetime warranty. Their customer service is awesome also. Very prompt to responding back to emails.

No problem after first use. Having trouble registering for lifetime warranty using activation code on VIP card included. No chat available, left a couple messages and no response. Does not appear to have cust support on website. Any ideas is appreciated.

I love almost everything about it. The only down side for me is that the controls are on top of the unit so it's really difficult to see (I use a step stool). Would love this unit with the controls on the front. Everything else about it is exceptional!!!

First time I used it the heating coil would not turn on and an error code came on. No one could even tell me what the error code meant nor could I find any information online about the area code

Was easy to use, easy to clean, very little noise,tem was easy as well. But the digital TouchPad was the trouble I'm assuming. I didn't have it for a month and it malfunctioned.
