I purchased this KVM switch to replace an older one. I specifically shopped for comparability for a wireless keyboard and mouse and this items description said it’s supports them. I received it today and the KVM switch does not recognize my Logitech keyboard and mouse in any of the usb ports on the front or on the back. I completed the basic trouble shooting of disconnecting, powering down, reconnecting, trying different ports, and even trying a different Logitech mouse and no results. There is no customer support if FAQ listed that name’s compatible brands and Amazon tech assist was of no help and was only able to begin my return. My recommendation is to blatantly state what brands/models will or won’t work with this device to save folks the hassle. ... show more

It seems if I look at it cross ways the HDMI going to my monitor blinks. This is happening regardless of which side it's set to. It may be blinking the USB as well but it's the HDMI that's very noticeable. Additionally, I can't seem to get it to properly register a disconnected monitor with my laptops, so I switch and the one that just "lost" a monitor doesn't realize it and continues trying to use it until I physically unplug the HDMI cable at that side. ... show more
