I've read that using a back brace would eventually weaken the muscles you are trying to keep strong, but for occassional use this brace will be very useful. It fits well in the size I ordered and is easy to put on. Sturdy and reasonably priced. Just have to remember to use it , but not use it too much. Really helps with posture.

I found this back/shoulder support brace ok when I was standing, walking or sitting. It gives wonderful support as long as I stand straight. I tried it out in my shop where I do bending and leaning forward often. The bottom waist would then ride up, I'd have to stop and slide it back down to support my lower back. Squatting and bending a few more times and rode up above my lower back again. Annoying to say the least. Now, I only wear it around the house or out for a walk. Also, the suppliers sizing system is somewhat on the small size. I'm normally a large, I ordered a large and it didn't come close to fitting me. I returned it and ordered an Xlarge and that barely fit. I recommend this back/should brace for normal upright activities.

I was looking for a Back Brace Posture Corrector; I researched many, and I decided to give this one a shot. I am happy with my decision. The adjustable straps are nice and sturdy. I like to wear my back corrector tight so it pulls my shoulders back. I'm impressed with the comfortability and the low profile. I wear a short sleeve shirt to work and it's barely noticeable; no one has noticed that I'm wearing the back corrector. The only complaint I have, and I'm sure this applies to most of the back protectors on the market. is the discomfort under the armpits. I typically wear tank tops, although I noticed the discomfort and wear marks on my armpits. I have since started wearing full t-shirts and that have relieved the red marks and some of the discomfort. I'm comfortable with the minor discomfort

It’s not horrible but where the shoulder straps cross in the back is too low which makes it roll into the armpit and off of the shoulders. I wish they would’ve crossed higher on the back. Then it wouldn’t be so bad.
