    • Disappointing/Seller not responding/empty warranty promise
Packaging looks nice, but that is where it ends. The product picture in the Amazon shop shows a fingerprint reader on the left of the keyboard under the CTRL key. There is none on the model I got. The stylus needs a USB Micro B charging USB cable, that is NOT included in the box. The tablet charges using a USB-C... The initial setup of Windows stalls because there is a problem with the WiFi. Need to do setup with saying "I have no internet" then reset WiFi network adapters, then it finally finds access points and sees SSID's. The product manual is a joke. First the print itself is very small, hard to read. It claims the tablet has a SSD slotM.2SSD. There is none. So in the end the small print is not a big problem because there is nothing to read in the useless manual. No need to go to the website of KUU-TECH.COM in hope of finding a better manual, there is none. After short time of running while being on the charger the backside gets extremely hot, to the point where it feels uncomfortable to touch it. All in all pretty disappointing. Still doing initial setup like domain join, Win updates etc. and it froze already completely once and needed the famous 10 second power press. Stylus and tablet come with empty batteries, need charge first. I would not recommend to buy it, I am considering to pack it up and send it back. Typical made in China product. Update from January 2024: This tablet is freezing up several times a day and the only recovery option is a power cycle with 10 sec. pressing the power button. The seller promises on the Amazon website "Professional support: 1 year warrant, any questions or problems contact us... WE support online reply to you within 7*24 hours." Forget that, empty promise. I contacted them through the Amazon web but also through their website kuu-tech.com several times and got no response at all. I now nuked it completely and did a fresh install of Windows11 and needed apps, has not been freezing up for several days. But I have no idea how I would claim the promised 1 year warranty from a company which is not responding at all. So in the end even a 1 star rating is way too much. ... show more

    • nice tablet but gets very hot after prolong use
This is a nice tablet. Not worth $1000 though and it gets extremely hot. After 1 hour or more of use it is almost too hot to touch. OK for shorter periods. I worry that if I use it for more than an hour or two if it will burn itself out. OK to take on short trips.

At first, I was excited to buy a reliable tablet while my computer was getting fixed. It was convenient for a while but it overheats easily and the battery only last like four hours. I wish its performance was much better. I've already returned it though.

I initially bought a Lebook(16gb) for a gift and when I had it in my hands I fell in love with the Lebook. I had to get one for myself. I went w/ the i7/16gb model myself. I am in love with this device. Watching netflix is great, The fingerprint reader is located on the power button on the upper right side of the keyboard. drawing software works great w/ the Lebook pen. Keyboard took a few minutes to get the hang of it and I quite enjoy it, it works well. ... show more
