The media could not be loaded. I got this life jacket during a lightening deal sale! Love the color and fit! Half the price of the one we used to own, but unfortunately he outgrew it. Even though the other jacket was great, I just didn't want to spend that kind of money this time around. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is because under the belly where the velcro connects, the edges of the velcro are coarse and irritating to the skin. Only time will tell if there will be skin breakdown or a wound. He doesn't seem to be bothered by it though. Also, not sure how long that velcro will hold up, the neck collar cover velcro piece already came undone once and was reattached without an issue. But, we have only used this one time, so not impressed with the velcro quality. If you have a bigger dog (Over 50 pounds) I would NOT recommend this products. The seams are weak and when you use the handles to help your dog back into the boat they do not hold the pressure. My dog weighs 75 pounds and the seam ripped on our 2nd trip to the lake. And yes, I was 3 days past the 30 day window to be able to return it. Probably would work good on a small dog but this can NOT withhold the weight of a larger dog. I did like the yellow color and it looked good on my White Lab who loves the water but if you will need to use the handle to help lift you dog back into the boat or back onto a float or dock, don't buy this product. The quality and fit seem just adequate, for the price it works. The leash connection is on the back of the dog for some reason which I don't particularly like. I'm sure there is a reason.

I measured my dog before purchasing, however, I would recommend sizing up. Based off the measurements, my dog should be between the small and medium. The medium is VERY tight on her underneath the belly. We even loosened the straps as much as we could. Sturdy though and looks just like pictured.
