I bought this for my standard poodle. I was sure it would help some but seriously doubted it would do the job. I bought a microfiber towel to go with this, after drying him with the towel really well, I took a break and had lunch. We got back to grooming about an hour later, I used both this and a people hair dryer. This certainly helped with getting out the loose hair and potential tangles. He was nice and fluffy dried in less than an hour. This made clipping so much easier, less going back over 100 times to make it look smooth. Scissoring was just a breeze because the hair was dried so fluffy, trimming was quick and easy. Thats a major improvement over the time it took before I had this dryer. The only con I had was a slight metallic sound when I worked with it upside down. That could have been my grip. Noise was not that bad really.

I am so so happy that I bought this hair dryer for my dog!! I have a fluffy pomchi and in the past I bought a huge clunky dog hair dryer, the type that groomers use, but it was just too tedious for me. I gave up on it, and I tried a regular human hair dryer, but it was too loud and didn’t really work well to dry her fur. So for years I would just let my dog air dry while periodically brushing out the water from her fur. This process usually took several hours for her to completely dry. I finally started getting tired of this method and decided to give this product a chance - I hadn’t seen this type of brush/dryer combo as there wasn’t anything like this available back when I bought that big clunky blow dryer. Omg, let me tell you - this thing is a game changer!! I am amazed at how quickly it dries my dog’s fur! It’s so quiet, too! It was so easy to use, and it truly is so convenient and much better than any other method of drying I’ve tried in the past. I wish I had found this product years ago, it would have saved me a lot of trouble! I am such a happy dog mom right now because my baby looks just as cute and fluffy as when she comes back from the groomer! Do yourself a favor and get this dryer! I can’t recommend it highly enough!!

This is very convenient and worth the money. I have a smaller dog so drying time on the lowest setting took about 25 mins. The size is convenient as well easy to store when you are not using. It does help with shedding. The quality is great I would recommend this. The color is white.

Works great but my dog is terrified of the sound!!! Beforej I buy this u may want to see if your blow dryer scares your dog or cat . Because this is louder!!!!

I'm a professional pet groomer and I LOVE this brush/dryer combo. I first started to use it for cats only, but then realized it was also great for dogs that hate having their heads and faces dried. I use it almost everyday and it's great! It's a little difficult to hold without getting to close to the hot part because of the way the bottom is shaped but honestly that's not a deal breaker unless you have some sort of issue with your hand or gripping things.

Not only was the item more than a day late, but it arrived damaged and used! I received the item with dog hair in it! It is clearly used. I did not order a used item. I will be returning this.
