We got one to take camping and it is comfortable and warm, but not as waterproof as I expected. Easy to wash, and dogs can use it open or closed (although it’s fun trying to get a 65lb dog in it facing the right way to zip it!). Packs up fairly small and light. Would recommend. The media could not be loaded. My handsome old rescue pup loves his sleeping bag. We’re going camping this weekend in cold May weather so I needed something affordable and easy. I set it up in the living room (that’s where the pictures are from) and he fits perfectly. My dog is 80lbs so we got the large. He stayed in there a while, but eventually got too warm. I like that it's larger then other similar products. The nylon outside will probably not last to terribly long before getting snagged on something at camp, but is fine for use in the boat. Not water resistant but dries quickly. Dog loves it. Zipper is tough to get started if you fully unzip the bag.

My name is Lucy and I’m a 40 lb beagle mix and I approve of this sleeping bag! My parents have brought me on a couple camping trips so far with this sleeping bag and it’s kept me cozy when it dipped into the 30s. As far as durability, I’m past chewing age but I think it’s about as chew proof as a human sleeping bag. While it’s not completely waterproof, whatever moisture might seep into the bottom of the bag dries out quickly in front of the campfire. My only complaint is the zipper and I’m not going to take off a star because that’s pretty minor, my mom just avoids unzipping it completely. I use this as my blanket on my bed even when not camping! My mom has washed this sleeping bag in the regular wash with cold water and dried in the drier on low heat and it’s stood up to multiple washings already and it’s still as floofy as the day I got it! ... show more

I put my lab’s heating pad in this as sort of a cover. It’s great at drying out quickly when he’s wet. Seems sturdy but not a lot of padding. It works great for what we use it for.

Purchased for a winter road trip...never slept outside so not sure if it would be warm enough in subfreezing temps. However the dogs instantly LOVED them...I put them on the floor in our motel and guest rooms, and the dogs know where they should sleep and chill..no issues with them trying to get on our beds! I think it helped I kept them out at home for a week or two before the trip, so they smelled familiar. Can't wait for summer and using them in a tent...I'm going to add a strap to the bottom so they can be attached to an extra inflatable sleep mat. It’s cold as heck and my dog isn’t even phased. She loves the sleeping bag and doesn’t even try to crawl out of it. It’s also very easily compatible. One word of advice.. don’t over-wash this bag. It will slowly wear it out so do it only when needed.
