I set this up for the 1st time today by myself and as long as you figure out the instructions you’re fine. We are missing the room divider unfortunately but it will work great for our camping trip. We in place for our missing item were given a couple replacement parts in case something breaks etc. we are currently using it in our yard to give our son shade for his kiddy pool with the awning and I feel it will be rather nice to sit inside the tent away from the bugs in the mornings before it warms up too much! I will update once we use it more for camping! UPDATE: withstands rain very well (even on a hill) as long as your rain fly is properly secured. I am pregnant and it’s not that hard to help my husband set up the tent (he is informed I will never set this darn thing up alone ever again!) it takes us about 10 minutes together to get the poles set up and about 4 minutes to get the rainfly secured to the tent structure. It does take about 5-10 minutes depending on my dizziness from the up and down to help stale the tent and rainfly down. So, we had a very windy day after a lot of rainy days which moistened the ground and with the simple push in stakes it will blow away. I'm also pretty sure the wind was stronger than it's rating, they got up to 38mph. I had just returned home with screw in stakes that held it down well. The rain fly has to be tight and secure because it was initially too loose for my hose pipe test to simulate rain. I think the wind the day prior gave the corners of the tent a tough time and some water seeped through the corners. I just used some water proofing spray on the bottom seems and corners. Smaller then described no way you could get 12 people in this tent. I was very surprised of how small the rods to hold the tent up are. The tent stacks are on 4 inches long, hardle lone enough to stay in the ground.

This tent was purchased and setup immediately. After 4 weeks heavy rains came thru and i noticed multiple locations of water ingress. The tent is a well kept backyard of a farm house without much potential for any damage to occur to the tent. I really the design, easy to setup by myself, love the front part you can open for a covering... the tent breathes well. The zippers and everything have held up nicely thru 4 weeks of regular winds around 20 mph... i was disappointed when i noticed the water in multiple places. Seems to be the stitching. ... show more

Tent leaks like crazy. Floor was full of water after one night of camping through a light rain. Water coming through at the seams. If you want a high quality tent, keep looking elsewhere. This ain’t it. On the other hand… If you want something for your kids to play in one time and then the tent gets thrown in the closet for 10 years before you finally come across it during spring cleaning one year and you just decide to throw it away because you never use it….then this is the one for you. ... show more
