I love this tent. Super easy setup. As with most tents, you'll want to get heavier duty stakes (why do they always come with those thin metal pencil sticks?). Endured three intense, multi-hour downpours in this thing. The only leaking happened during the first downpour, and only the tiniest bit in the corners. Some waterproofing spray once we'd dried out fixed that easily. Next two: no leaks at all. The ventilation in this thing is excellent. Did not experience that icky damp tent issue. It's super roomy, but still packs up light and compact. My only complaint is the front awning/rainflap. It's not wide enough to have open during rain without rain coming into the tent. But that's a very minor complaint. TLDR: I have always hated tent camping, but I love it now. This tent is awesome. ... show more

Great tent. It says it’s for 12 people. But I definitely don’t think it would be a good idea to have that many in this. But it fit my husband and I and our 4 children fairly well even with our queen size air mattress. And it held up great in a thunderstorm! Only sprung a leak on one side when the wind knocked the pole out of place. But the rest of the tent held up and kept us dry! I wish the poles to hold the sun shade were taller. Definitley not tall enough for anybody normal height to walk under. (I’m 5’4” and it was far too short for me but we used it to keep our cooler out of the sun) the instructions are terrible though. We just kinda winged it the poles weren’t labeled in the same colors as the instructions but I’d still purchase again if I had to go back. I love the top of the tent being just a net and then a removeable rain cover. So you can see the sky on nice nights. ... show more

It's almost memorial day weekend and decided to take out our brand new tent to set it up and make sure all is well, once we opened the tent we realize the posts are backwards, and the buttons do not work. My husband spent hours trying to figure it out and to no avail. It's now too late to return it and we are stuck with a huge hole in our pocket and no tent. 10/10 would not recommend. ... show more

Have used this a couple times and while it is an excellent tent with lots of room, there are just a few issues. The tent leaks a little bit along the seam where the floor meets the walls of the tent. Not a big deal, that’s an easy fix. The second thing is it is a bit of a process to set up but once you get it down, it’s pretty straightforward. This tent is big enough for a family of 5 to sleep comfortably. The set up of the tent is manageable to do solo, but much quicker with an extra set of hands. We camped in windy and rainy weather and didn't have any leaks. The only complaint is about the bag it came in has a cheap zipper.

We haven't used this out in the field yet, but we did set it up in our backyard and it was very easy to do. We have two kiddos and this will give us enough space for two cots and all of our camping junk. Very excited to try it out!

I like the size of the tent and the ventilation. It gets a great cross breeze with all of the windows open. But, really disappointed in the quality of the zippers. The zipper pulls for the front screen door came right off in my hand the first time we used it, leaving a hole and unable to use that door. We had to deal with it for the rest of the weekend though so we would at least have a place to sleep since it happened on the first night. Set up is NOT instant. My husband and I managed to get it set up but not without a lot of effort. The poles do not slide into position easily. But now that we know how the tent works, I think it would be easier next time but unfortunately I have to return it because of the zipper pull being broken off. Hoping for a replacement instead of a refund since I still like the rest of it though. ... show more
