  • Opens up so many more possibilities to be on your bike!
07/15/2025- Update: After the success of transporting a horse stall mat I purchased another one and made another trip...this time I learned some valuable lessons about how these bicycle trailers should be loaded. When possible you should always focus the majority of the weight over the wheels. I know this but, my concern was with the mat competing with my control of the bicycle... Therefore I forgot this fact of keeping the weight over the wheels. I must have been lucky the first stall mat that it was uneventful but this time was different...This time there were two valuable lessons that I learned. First, because I had to weight over the handle (arm) connecting the trailer to my bike, it bent the metal and the stall mat kept falling on my wheel making it not possible for my bicycle to move it's back tire, because of how heavy the stall mat is. After finally using my brain... I remember the weight should be over the wheels not over the trailer bar and I was prioritizing the wrong thing. I then repositioned the mat in the trailer width wise and use bungee cords to secure it to the trailer (this will become very important in a few moments). Second, after repositioning the mat on the trailer I was stopped at an intersection. When the light turned green I stood up on my bike and started pedaling and has I got up the speed I felt a little "wiggle" behind me with the bike. When I turned around the trailer had disengaged and was tumbling end over in with the stall mat connected. I immediately stopped waited for a safe moment with traffic return to the trailer and install mat... Canvas for any damage (fortunately, there wasn't)... Reinstall the trailer to my bike... And started back on my trip home. What was learned here is very important to any cyclists who has a trailer in tow. One of the biggest concerns should be the trailer impeding your ability to command your bike... What was learned here was that the safety features that I wasn't even necessarily paying attention to is why my bike and myself hadn't really even noticed that trailer was in trouble because the safety feature disengage the trailer prioritizing my control of the bike. I feel so much more satisfied in my security carrying loads around the max of 180 lb, which is the rating of this trailer. Especially, considering these horse stall mats are awkward, oddly shaped, and heavy. If whatever you load in the trailer is properly secured your safety and other people's safety on the road won't be neglected. All this being said these two incidents were because of user error and if it wasn't for the safety feature built into this trailer me and other people on the road might have been in trouble so I'm doubling down on my original rating of five stars. Below in addition to the original photographs with my original review I have updated new photos with how these match should have been fastened to the trailer... I hope this helps in your decision of getting the most out of and being safe with any of these trailers with your bicycles. ORIGINAL REVIEW- After purchasing a horse stall mat, which weighs in around 100 lb for a 4x6 3/4 in mat... I had a dilemma... How do I get it home? Being a commuter I either ride my bike or I utilize public transportation. I also had a choice to have the store ship me the mat which because of it being predominantly in agricultural item big and heavy oddly shaped shipping was rather pricey. Because of the sticker shock I held off on buying the mat did some research at home found this cart for about what it would cost me to ship the mat and there you have it... I found my solution! Not only did the cart completely traverse the 4.8 mi there and the 4.8 mi back, with a 100 lb 4x6 horse stall mat... this stable cart require no additional tools to put together (however it did require my own tools to tighten up some of the nuts and bolts to my satisfaction) and was easy. If you're a commuter, you will not go wrong investing in this, to open up so many more possibilities, to have more opportunities to be on your bike! 07/15/2025- Update ... show more

  • Cheap, but functional
Perfect size for what I was looking for. Will not fold down without tools since the arm is bolted to both the "removable" front wall and the base, but you aren't really saving much space even if you could fold it down because of the tires. The seat post mount was a bit disappointing, as you tightened the two pieces together it just crushed it, a spacer there would have alleviated that issue but I made my own custom mount. Considering the cost, I'm happy. ... show more

  • Great little cart for my solar panels and generator.
The media could not be loaded. This cart is perfect for my generator to help me store it in the barn. It's not top tier but not the bottom level either. I think the only complaint I have for it is the fact there's no size on the tires so if you get a flat you have to patch it you can't replace it. It only took about 20 minutes to put together fast and easy. This is great for eco-flow generator with solar panels. ... show more

  • Happy but could be happier
The cart seems fine for the price. I do have 2 concerns: 1. Left out of the package was the rubber space that goes on the seat post attachment 2. The wheel spacers were left out as well. I improvised with some pvc pipe, maybe it will work. Also, the bottom plate is very thin and flimsy. This creates a racket with every bump. It needs a cross support in the middle to secure it, and probably increase the load rating as well ... show more

  • Does not fold
If you attach the handle to connect this trailer to a bike, which you will if you want to use it as intended, then the trailer will not fold. The handle is connected to the trailer with two screws that are not easy to unscrew. That design interferes with the way the trailer folds. This is probably a dealbreaker for us because we have limited space, we’ll decide in the next few days. If someone corrects me and points out something I’ve overlooked, I’ll amend this review. Other than that, if you don’t need to ever fold it, this trailer is a really good value. Other reviews point out the flaws, which we noticed, and which were not dealbreakers. ... show more
