The media could not be loaded. I used to play flute is school and wanted to kind of play around with it again. So, I looked and found this and was really surprised by the quality. I am not a professional and I do not have the funds to buy top notch instruments. I am very happy to have found this, and now my 12-year-old daughter plays sometimes. It also came with gloves, a rag and a stick for cleaning. It also came with some oil so the flute will slide together more easily. I am a very happy customer.

I bought two on accident but wanted to donate one to the school and have one for myself. When i opened mine everything looked good and packaging was nice. It had red plastic support pieces under the keys which had to be removed which was annoying but worse when i went to play some of the notes didnt work. I wasnt sure if the tabs stretched the keys or ruined the pads under the keys, and when checking to see how much to repair i could biy a brand new high quality flute so ended up trashing it. Such a waste of money

I decided I was ready to relearn the flute after a 20 year hiatus and had been trolling through local ads looking for a gently used one. Found this one in about a 15 minute search. Ordered it and had it within a few days. It's pink, has a good tone, and absolutely feels like it's mine. So pleased with the quality and accessories, including cleaning tool, cleaning cloth, joint lube, and screwdriver. Also came with white gloves which delighted me and brings me great joy.

The item came quick and looked great, but found out 2 notes weren’t working properly and had to get it repaired before ever playing. Great price but not worth it on top of the $120 in repairs before ever using it.

I received the 1st of 2 flutes and after testing immediately sent back the same day as the low C# and low C did not play. I received a 2nd flute a few days later but unfortunately this flute also didn't play from G second line on staff down chromatic to low C. The flutes both looked beautiful see photos, and I was hoping they would play as I wanted to use in my blues band. I've been playing flute over 50 years and was looking forward to ordering for my music store and students. I spent a lot of time packing, shipping 2 instruments which did not work properly. The positive outcome, I received a refund and customer service was good. I hope in the future this company will have someone test before shipping.
