These castors are great! They roll very well on my low profile carpet. They come with screws for mounting on wood, but I wanted to use them on metal. So I used a glue for metal and that did the trick! The plate was just the right size. I used them on the frame of a bedside table that didn’t roll very well. They work very well. I must say I took a chance on these. But I had a tall cabinet. I made myself, and needed it to be mobile. And these have done the job. I added 5 total, I believe, and they do a great job maneuvering it around. My cabinet is heavy and I did use a hook to hook it to wall when need to move.

Great casters. I have a 150lb antique German kitchen hutch riding on 4 of them and, they height adjust do if your floor area is uneven you can level the furniture.

Immovable casters. Bought for a large shelf that would be moved regularly with over 500lbs. These casters, once loaded, are unable to move. It basically have to drag it with these lame wheels doing no work.

The small screws supplied to screw your casters in are not sufficient for anything with some weight to it. I purchased small lag screws to put into the legs of my work bench.
