The bottom corner on the scratch pad was broken but no option just to get that replaced. Would have to take the whole thing apart to return to get a whole new one. Need better customer help. Would not shop with them again.

This cat tree is very good quality for the price! I’ve had more expensive ones that are “wobblier” than this one. However, it is really small. I guess I should have looked closer at the dimensions. The picture is of our five month old kitten on the tree, and he’s pretty small, but he looks like a full grown cat on there because of the size of the tree. Would probably be perfect for tiny kittens, but they definitely will outgrow it fast. We will probably keep it for a few months and then donate it to the shelter or something, because our cat is already getting too big for the little house on there! Cat likes it so far, but do prefer his sister’s bigger cat tower (that she unfortunately refuses to share, which is how we ended up with this rushed purchase) So overall, absolutely nothing wrong with the quality of the product, it’s just too small for what we really would need in the long run. ... show more
