I was ready to return this as the item did not have a screw attached as portrayed in the photo. Then I finally shook the box and the attachments were well hidden inside. It would have been helpful to have known this ahead of time! It works just fine now.

Was very easy to install, unscrew the original antenna and screw this one right on. Only issue is my standard radio stations have slightly more static then before but nothing major. I listen to my phone music for the most part so no biggie. Mainly wanted the low profile sleek look rather then the tall lengthly stock antenna.
