I ordered a medium and was sent an extra small. The product was also a different color. I returned it and ordered again and the same thing to happen. The product runs small. It seems nice but they have terrible customer service. I ordered from a different supplier and returned the item again.

I ordered 3 of these harnesses for my pugs, all size Large. I received the first one today and it's size XS. My pug couldn't get one of her legs into this harness. I gave it 2 stars because it seems to be a well-made harness, but why can't the seller get the size right on a lot of their orders? I don't even think my cat could fit into it. I ordered a large, got a medium. Wrong size seems to be a common complaint. I like the harness, so using it on another dog. I hope next time they sende right size or it's going back. Had I gotten the right size it would be 5 stars

This harness is perfect for my Pomeranian. She's overweight (16 lbs) so she needs a large harness. This one fit her perfectly. The clasp is a little hard to open but that may change after it's been used for a while.

Harness looks well made! Ordered a large, received small. Asked for replacement because I would like to have harness. Received another small. Afraid to order again. Now have to go to trouble to return both ….one to UPS and another to Kohls. Very disappointed.
