Lucky for me many of the pieces arrived pre-assembled! Everything was there and assembly went well. I’m using it indoors and its appearance in the room is striking. I love that it’s a rocker. I was somewhat disappointed in the cushion. Although the fabric was of good quality and the color good, the stuffing is lacking substance. It squashes down too much and you can feel the chair under it. I put a big fluffy pillow under it and it suits me and you can’t see it. I tried to find a replacement cushion for it just to double it but didn’t find one. It is my favorite piece of furniture! ... show more

The pieces of the chair did not fit together, we cannot make it work. I have contacted the company but they refuse to send a new chair and when I asked for specific parts, they don’t have them in stock. This is a total loss. Worse company ever.

While I absolutely love this chair it unfortunately came damaged. I had already started putting it together and when I went to get a leg piece, I saw scratch marks on it. It doesn't cause any issues with the functionality of it so I wasn't going to take it apart and deal with the hassle of returning it. I messaged the company to ask for the replacement or a return credit. If they get back with me, I will do an update and update my score. Otherwise, if the chair didn't come damaged I would definitely give 5 stars. It's the most comfortable chair. I love it and could easily nap in it all day ... show more
