This is a solid bike for the price. First off there's some assembly needed which I feel is standard for online bikes. The benefit of getting in store somewhere is you dont need to put it together. That being said it was not difficult to figure out, easy enough and they include everything you need. Maybe 15-25min to put together. All the parts seem good quality, nice solid frame. Not too heavy, but not too cheap feeling either. It is easy enough to pedal, since its only one speed, a little harder uphill etc. Otherwise ok. The training wheels are good. Excellent for those learning. You can take them off, but then keep in mind there is no kick stand. But I dont see this as being much of an issue. The tires are good and good traction. Real air tires are nice and provide better cushion for bumps etc. The customizable name plate is cool addition. Its adjustable, so it should be for ages 3-6 as they say. Just of course take safety into place. The pedal backwards break is different but seems to work. Not something Im used to the kid learning learn it. The seat works and seems comfortable enough. All in all its a good bike for the price and shouldn't have any issues lasting for several years ... show more

Great option for growing with your kid. Easy to assemble and good quality. I love all the options for adjusting size. It is a little heavy for my 3 year old, but no problem for the 8 year old. Looks great and a nice gift!

I got this as a birthday present for my 4 year old and he loves it. It took us about 20 minutes to put it all together. It went fairly quick and there weren't any missing parts. It came with all the tools required. Most of the install needed just a single multi-use wrench. My son got on this and started riding around immediately and he found it very easy to use. The training wheels work great and keep him nice and stable, even on uneven ground. He was able to figure out the coaster brake immediately and really likes the hand brake because it is "just like dads bike". I got the the 16" model for him and it is almost a tad too big. He had the seat and handle bars as low as they will go. On the bright side, he will grow into it and it should last him an extra few years. We brought our bikes to the local bike trail over the weekend and I just tossed this in the back of our SUV. I was surprised at how heavy it was. It is a steel frame but it does have some weight to it as you move it around. I suppose this is good for keeping a good center of gravity for the kids. At about $120 I think this bike is a good value for the money. It is far from the cheapest one out there but I think it is a great quality bike that should outlast my kids and be a good hand-me-down when we are done with it. ... show more
