these are great shoes. i love them. super comfortable and they slide right on. I wouldnt be able to sprint in them as they have no shoe laces but youre bowling. you dont need to sprint.

I used to bowl a lot when I was younger. I have had the same shoes since my early 20 and they look like total “Dad” shoes. They did the job and were a hell of a lot better looking than alley shoes. I was excited to see that bowling shoe styles have come a long way since then. I got these, wondering if I’d have issues with no laces, I.e. too loose with no way to tighten in the right places. received these on 10/2. these are a very comfortable shoe. With less than 15 games(10/14) on them the #7 black leather heel sole is coming apart. what a let down considering the 8 year old brunswick mariners are still in great shape. Save your cash and buy dexter, maybe they hold up longer. I gave them 2 stars because of the comfort but if the sole doesn't last 2 weeks they are pretty much worthless. After contacting hammer they immediately sent me a replacement sole. i changed my rating to 5 stars because these are really comfortable shoes but most important to me was the superior customer service i received from hammer bowling. ... show more

These shoes are awesome for the price. Super useful to just slip them on instead of dealing with laces when bowling. My normal shoe size is mens 10.5 or 11 wide. The ankle part of these slip on shoes never seemed to fully be snug around my ankle. After bowling one or twice a week for a few months the insert lining of one of my shoes got messed up or unglued. It got messed up enough that it was more comfortable to just take the insert out of the shoe entirely. I now bowl with one insert in and one insert taken out and they still work fine without it in.
