I misjudged the length specified or something. It seems too short. It took a while to get it to turn on. Had to plug and unplug, flipping it around numerous times to get it on. The remote has too many buttons that don't do anything. Or maybe it just doesn't properly work. The strip doesn't change to each color available on the remote. Maybe every other button, or every 2 buttons will respond. I got this to replace my daughter's lights that finally broke completely. But it's pretty much the same thing. The power cord is just too short. About 6" of power cord (also contains the signal receiver) for roughly 2 feet of lights. The lights cant get too from the outlet, which is rather boring to my daughter. But for the price, I guess I hoped for too much lol. 🙂 ... show more

I liked the idea but I rushed to do this without looking around more. I thought this could have been battery operated, I think this was in a link someone sent me and it said they were battery operated. Anyway I found the correct ones but these would be nice for on a computer desk or somewhere you have a USB supply handy. ... show more

When I initially plugged it in, the red LEDs didn’t show up. Not sure what happened after a couple minutes but it turned on. The adhesion is strong. The remote is terrible with no range, and unlike the other TV pictured, when I turn on this television, the lights don’t automatically turn on. The other set does, which is not the same brand. But really, aside from the remote being utterly useless in terms of any range (I’m talking 18 inches and it doesn’t work) the product is cool. ... show more
