Completely messed up. The on/off switch is reversed. When first plugged in no matter what button was or was not pressed it sewed on its own like crazy. It was honestly terrifying. Once I got it all settled down I found these things: 1. The thread tension never loosens no matter what. 2. The bobbin winder doesn’t go back in where it belongs no matter what on the side hand wheel. 3. When the needle is actually threaded it does nothing but catch on itself and make an absolute mess and is jammed up. 4. The high/low sew speed doesn’t work. It’s either high or nothing. Basically it’s a piece of plastic I paid $40+ for. 100% unhappy and will be returning. I’ve been sewing for a long time and have 2 machines of my own, so definitely have experience. Guessing many of the other reviews are paid reviews.

This product wasn’t even in the original box it was thrown in pieces in a brown box even the Styrofoam which is thrown in different pieces inside the brown box, no directions, regardless how this works that is unacceptable and I will not give a good rating

I always saw by hand but sometimes is just too much to do it by hand. I was looking to buy a sewing machine for a while. This one fit the budget and ... my space. I still have to get the hang of it but it looks pretty straight forward to use. So far I really like it.

I remember sewing machine is always big and cumbersome stuff, but this definitely changed my mind. This is small and useful, you can handle a lot of things by yourself at home now, and your work turned professional going forward. This is exciting stuff for handy people to play. This price is rarely good for such a machine. Deserve one at home!

Doesn’t have a reverse feature. Comes with cheap thread. Tension on the thread was all wrong and kept breaking. Returned

The media could not be loaded. It is advertised for beginners, but in our case this sewing machine will be the one used the most. We have the good Singer workhorse, see picture, for all the big jobs. But it is a hassle to set up since we don’t use it daily. I use the table it is built in; thus, I need to clear it up, drag it to an open space, flip the machine up... Instead, this little sewing machine allows us to do all the little chores. Any mending, adding, or small jobs can be done with ease. It is very easy to set up, it works very well (see video using the supplied sample), no learning curve. It has built-in light, it is light and easy to setup on any flat space (table). It has its own small table which folds. Just follow instructions and enjoy the portability.
