I am a big guy, and my shirt and pullover size is 3X. After reading other reviews, it is obvious that the sizing is geared around the Asian market. So based on other reviews I ordered a 5X. And sure enough, even though I wear a 3X, this KOVNLO heated vest in size 5X fits me perfectly. This is my first heated vest, so I have nothing else to compare this to. The vest works well. My only complaint is the heated neck of the vest is a flap that gets quite warm. in a rather small area, verses all the way around the neck. Actually all the heating patches are somewhat small, as in palm to hand sized. It would be nicer if the patches were larger in size, even if their heat output was less per surface area unit. The battery pack I use is an Anker 20,000 mAh power bank that I normally use for recharging my cell phone, which will give me about 8 hours of heat, which is amazing. Other comments: Overall quality of the vest itself is good, and is at a great price point. However, it is a low dollar Chinese manufacturer as the company name is made up, the manual has various translation errors, there is no website, and the email address in the manual is a generic email address.

First... It gets nice and warm. High is too hot to use for more than a few minutes at a time. I haven't gotten to test to see how long it lasts on to 10,000 mah battery. I haven't used for more than an hour at any one time. The ability to turn off the light but leave the heat on is very nice. I am 6 feet tall and 212 lbs. The XXL fits nicely. It isn't too small, but also works well under another jacket. I only have 2 complaints. 1. It would be better if it had a dedicated internal battery storage pocket located low under the left arm. Having my hand share the pocket with the battery is a bit annoying, but worth the hassle for the other features. 2. Sometimes it turns itself on as I swing it around my body to put it on or take it off. I have to unplug it whenever I'm not wearing it to make sure it isn't heating while it hangs on a chair. Overall, It's pretty nice, and fairly warm even without turning it on. It's comfortable and looks good too. I would (and have) recommend(ed) it to a friend.

I had been contemplating buying a heated vest to wear under Halloween costume - something that will keep me warm but not too bulky. I picked up this vest over a jacket - and am happy with my decision. Build - Nicely stitched and the zippers are great. The inner lining is comfortable. Overall light weight. Fit - Sizing is perfect Packaging - This came in its own cute box! No need to search for something to store it during off-season. Heating - the control on the chest is easy to use. Three zones with three levels of heating. Short touch changes the heat level and you can turn off the led completely. Color coded - Blue(light), Green (Medium heat) and Red (High heat). That said the vest is functional even without the heating feature. Very useful for layering. I used a 5000 mah battery and used it for close to 2 hours with still plenty of charge. Pretty impressed and will order one more to gift during thanksgiving.
