So far so good. I’ve had it for about two weeks now and it has been doing pretty well. I’ve been running Arc, Warzone, and Elden ring on it. Pretty happy so far. I will say after checking the metrics of Ram utilized on some of these guys I probably should’ve opted for 32g RAM. It is completely performed fine, it’s more of just seeing that the ram sometimes gets closer to that high-end. So I will likely be buying another 16 to install to make it 32. Installation looks easy two screws in the glass be removed and you could just throw RAM Stick in. I was a little hesitant because I didn’t know much about the company and almost chose an omen over this. However, after seeing the quality of the build thus far, I’m happy that I made the choice I did. If anything happens, I will come back and update with any changes. ... show more

    • Gaming PC

Received the PC on time, packaging was great plenty of padding. Very easy setup just plugged it in and set up language and such and I was off and running. No issues with my existing mouse and keyboard. Had a bit of and issue at first with one game where it would black out everytime I hit a movement key but updating video card drivers have cleared up that issue. I am able to run multiple games at the same time (Palworld and Fortnite) and does not seem to even affect performance at all. Definitely worth the money if you are looking for a PC without breaking the bank. ... show more

2 months later, i'll give it a 5. No issues at all All my games look nice and crispy. VR is great. The setup was easy Go ethernet, hands down Only thing that bothered me was there is no owners manual. I feel like I dont know much about it, cause theres nothing to read about it. You get a page with some instructions but thats about it. It could be online but I didn't get a book in my box. Online is ok but paper is necessary. ... show more

ORDERED Sept. 4 2026, RCVD, Sept5th, 3036. Top notch on getting it to me in a reasonable amount of time and I am in the Midwest. Make SURE you read the WHOLE message. The computer itself is great. Expandable as all get out, and fats enough for mid level gaming and great for home studio work. I really dug int the specs and other reviews. and it was the best offer. As of September 24th, the only thing the system does not do is connect to my Spectrum internet. Both Kotin and Spectrum have no idea why. SO, Both parties know there is a 1 in a large number possibility you might encounter this problem. That being said, the below information is important as well since it follows along the purchase and post purchase. Kotin DID compensate me for no internet connection, but I did ethernet it, which is faster. Both Yvonne and Zoey at the Kotin office were very kind and at the time I was nuts. I had a 1400 dollar paperweight on Sept 5th, and although it was almost three weeks to get everything correct, Kotin did that. Would I buy from them again? YES, when we move I absolutely will because I do see they have NO issue with Starlink. Would i recommend ordering from them if I had Spectrum, Yes, I would. I think it is an anomaly at my residence, but those things happen., and I got the perfect storm, maybe I should buy a lottery ticket. But the Ethernet connection is so fast I think i will stick with that in the future. Now, It took time and pushed my patience, but he computer itself is really outstanding. my internet issues seem to be relegated to my haunted house. By all means, BUY THIS thing if you are going to. My one experience may be crappy, but it was taken care of, it just took longer than I would have liked. I have also sent all of the information to both Spectrum and Kotin so they would be able to be prepared IF this happens to someone else. Great computer, just took some time because of issues out of our control ... show more

    • Theres no power switch
Set name: 16G
Review Image by Mom
this is a super nice pc! much upgrade from my old one. i usually play rivals and overwatch, would get max 40 fps before this bad boy, now 300+ in ow and 200ish in rivals :) it works great on every game, however, it does say that there’s a switch, and I lost my mind for a good two hours trying to find a power switch, there is no power switch on this version? After trying to find it for so long I gave up and I just pressed the button anyway, and it turned on without the power switch. Another thing is you probably wanna buy an extra external terabyte if you’re planning to keep most of your games installed. I would also really recommend to get the extra ram version if you have the money as it allows you to do a lot more things at once :). ... show more

Whenever I plug a device into one of the computer's ports it shuts down. This began happening after a month of use. Now I might be stuck holding the bag.
