Nice chair! Easy to assemble. A couple of issues is that it does not recline to a full sleeping position and the lower lumbar area could be a bit more supportive. Love the rocking, swivel, massage, and heat functions. It’s a beautiful chair and a good deal for the price.

Does not stay reclined on its own. You have to put your body weight on that end to keep it back. Also has weak massage feature . But other than that , comfy seat. Difficult to return too, box taped up n damaged upon arrival. Should get refund or discount at the least.

This is exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I wanted a swivel so I could comfortably look around my living room while sitting down. I wanted a rocker because it aids with digestion and I wanted a recliner for relaxation. The bonus for me was the heated massage. I have arthritis and this helps me feel better. This chair is well made and looks just like the picture. I would highly recommend this even though I have only had it for about a week. Just a note, it is heavy to move around after it is set up, so you might want to be sure of placement when you are putting it together. ... show more

This is such a great chair for the price. The material is very smooth and had no bad smell like some products.This recliner is perfect for reading books and watching on the tablet. The built in cup holder is very convenient when drinking beverages. The massage feature is very comfortable and unlike other massager where the surface is very hard and may be painful. The massage could be a little stronger but is very nice while relaxing. The only problem is not heavy weight friendly. If you weight more than 250lb, may not be the best choice. The heat is very nice when you get a chill, and heats up within a few minutes. For the price, this is a great buy. I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for comfort. ... show more
