KORA Organics - Berry Bright Eye Cream I always look for several key ingredients in an eye cream, especially ones that promise to hydrate, help with discoloration, and wrinkles - things like retinol, vitamin C, hydroxy acids, peptides, tea extract, niacinamide (vitamin B), and caffeine. This cream doesn't really contain any of those ingredients and instead uses ferments, ginseng, and some antioxidants. This package comes safety sealed with a plastic cap across the container box and I could not find an expiration date. It should be used within 12 months of opening. It comes in a pretty glass jar with a stunning crystal-like top that is plastic. You can buy refills for the jar and they come in pod-like containers that pop in and lock into place. Refills are about $10 less than the original purchase. It is super hydrating and it works really well for my super dry and sensitive skin. This doesn't contain any fragrance or essential oil but it does contain alcohol which helps the other ingredients work better. It does make my skin feel silky smooth. This KORA Organics "Berry Bright" eye cream is a pale peachy pink color. The texture is very thick and rich, and slow to absorb, but it doesn't leave a sticky residue. It's fragrance free. The packaging is very attractive and looks even better in real life than in the pictures. It is very moisturizing and contains aloe and lactobacillus ferment for soothing. I would say it's better for improving the appearance of fine lines. It doesn't visibly help with circles under eyes. There is a small amount of alcohol, but it's the very last ingredient and thus shouldn't cause a lot of dryness or irritation. It's made in the USA. On the outer box, the little open jar symbol says that the PAO (or Period After Opening) is 12 months.
