Customer service was beyond excellent. No complaints. Beautiful bike. Easy to assemble. Will take it out on the trail today. The picture shows the size compared to the 250cc. I'm 5'10" and it feels beyond perfect size wise

Rear tube is weak. when they say it'll be delivered, add 3 weeks to it . but I am impressed with it. Handlebars seem a bit weak and so do brakes

Bike is decent, for the price I excepted it to be more responsive and should be faster. It doesn’t perform at the level advertised. Kid has gotten bored with it after one day. Has reverted back to old bike.

Easy to put together. Very fast. If its not fast enough for you out of the box. There is a Bluetooth app to tune it a little more. Best price for a 72 volt dirt bike. Built Very well.
