I'm a professional cupcake baker (and owned a cupcake company previously) but cakes are a whole different talent that I've been afraid to even attempt. spins super smoothly but the metal does stain from water marks very easily. the rubber spatula and offset spatula is nice but the metal scrapers are unusable and the serving spatula is unnecessary. if you want this, get it for the turntable not the other things because the turntable is totally worth it. ... show more
