I'm a professional cupcake baker (and owned a cupcake company previously) but cakes are a whole different talent that I've been afraid to even attempt. My daughter begged me to make her a cake for her birthday so I ordered this package to give it a whirl and I'm SO impressed with the quality and heaviness of the turntable, and the accessories are good quality too. So happy with this purchase; what a great value for the price too! I've got a ways to go on my cake decorating techniques but I'm having fun learning!

spins super smoothly but the metal does stain from water marks very easily. the rubber spatula and offset spatula is nice but the metal scrapers are unusable and the serving spatula is unnecessary. if you want this, get it for the turntable not the other things because the turntable is totally worth it.
