First of all this is easy to assemble. That is very important. It has solid wood slats for support so no need to buy an extra box springs. It does provide sturdy support for your mattress. The type-C and USB plugs are very convenient. The shelf they are inserted in takes this over the top. I like being able to have things close to me charging and not have to get up for every text. It is tall enough to sit with your back against it and the shelf is right about shoulder height so no discomfort but leaning on it and is short enough you can reach everything on it without having to get up. I like that the headboard is adjustable for height of mattress, my old one had a gap between it and my mattress allowing all kinds of things to get lost. Just assembled the frame, but it really is beautiful, especially for the price. The color is an off-white or linen white in case that's as important to anyone as it was to me. (It's not a gross beige) The fabric is very soft and the usb is convenient. What's nice about this one compared to other frames is that the backing is taller for you to sit up against; it reaches my shoulders as opposed to mid-back like many headboards I've seen. Seems sturdy so far despite the wooden slats on the metal frame--if there's no edit to this, that means it's holding up! ... show more

It came in a 6”x6’x2’ box and I thought how is the entire bed in there?! Not everything is marked. But those parts are interchangeable with each other and everything else is marked. The directions were easy to understand and it took maybe an hour by myself to put it together. The slats fold out and are on Velcro. It is lightweight, but sturdy when put together. I have a 12in mattress and it fit perfectly. The headboard is adjustable in height. The material is like a velvet on this style. The plugs work but I do find them annoying being right in the middle. There is one c and one regular usb. It does work great for charging a watch before bed. The color is almost a blueish gray. ... show more

I can't believe what a buy this is. It is beautiful! (I purchased the gray but it really a gray-blue). I'm a 58 yr petite female and I assembled it without any problems. It's not heavy and the assemble instructions were 100%. The ledge and the USB is great! I keep my portable speaker, remotes, and kleenex here. LOVE this.
