I've had this 10-inch Twin-Size mattress for just over a week now, and I'm honestly impressed. The thickness is just right—not too thin or too bulky. It’s well built and looks good. However, it’s 11 inch not 12 inch. The foam layer is a little thin. You can feel the springs clearly. Overall, good mattress at this price. Medium firm is correct.

This is my first mattress in a box. I am finally sleeping through the night. I thought at first it was firm, but then found it relaxed as I rolled over and moved. It is very heavy when delivered. You will need a strong man or two people to open. We moved furniture in the dining room and opened it flat for a few days. Be aware of the warning when opening. It really pops when you cut the plastic wrapping. It looks well made and I am very happy with it. (I’m a senior…88).

Before purchasing this hybrid Mattress, I had been struggling with back pain for several months. Every morning, I woke up stiff and sore in my lower back, and it was hard to stay focused during the day. I tried mattress toppers and lumbar support pillows, but nothing worked. I decided to try this Mattress, and I’m honestly amazed at how much of a difference it made! The medium firm feel is exactly what my doctor recommended for back support, and it’s completely fiberglass-free, which is perfect for someone like me who’s sensitive to certain materials. I especially love the individually pocketed springs—they isolate motion well, so I no longer get disturbed when my partner moves at night. Very unhappy with my purchase. If you are considering this mattress, think again and look at the pictures. Although it is difficult to show in the pictures, but this is what it is. This is the second mattress I have purchased from this seller. I purchased the first mattress in November 2023 and was pleased with the quality. I have attached pictures for comparison. It has been 2 years since I purchased the first mattress and if you look at the pictures under number 1, you will see that the material and the mattress itself are still in excellent condition. But the most important thing is its top layer. It is very well made and still has a perfect shape and has not even sagged. The mattress continues to be springy and maintains its shape. I cannot say the same about the second mattress, in the pictures it will be under number 2. It was purchased on May 6th, literally two weeks ago. Three days ago I finally unpacked it to start using it. But what I found was terrible. First of all, it is terribly light. The first mattress was even hard to lift to put a sheet on, and this one is very light. Then you can look at the photos and see that there is almost no top material. It is very easy to squeeze with your fingers and it feels like it is just empty. The quality of the padding is also terrible, it is not at all like on the first mattress. I have slept on it for three nights in a row and I will say that it is just terrible! Because there is not enough thickness of the top padding above the springs, sleep turns into a nightmare! No matter how you turn, the springs just dig into your body. After sleeping, everything hurts, your back, between your shoulder blades, your arms, your legs! Everything! Since I sleep without a pillow, even my head hurts, that thin is the padding. I am very unhappy with the purchase and do not recommend buying it.

Mattress unboxing was easy and there were no weird smells. It’s okay comfort wise, but a mattress topper will make it more comfortable, especially since I have arthritis in my back. As someone who was recently homeless, this was perfect as a starter mattress until I can get one that is more suitable for my needs. My biggest issue is that I received the wrong size mattress. I ordered a 10 inch twin and received a 10 inch twin xl. The twin xl is unfortunately too long for the daybed that I purchased, and it’s hard finding a daybed to fit in the style, color and price that I want. With proper care, I think this mattress can potentially last for a couple years. Overall, if you need a budget friendly mattress this is a decent option.
