I bought the portable battery to be able to travel on a plane (less than 100 watts by plane) and recharge my satellite phone on the 3 prongs AC with my solar panels. It worked at home when I tried it for testing even if I was not able to reach 100% but 99%. Second try was on a remote place when I needed the battery to be charged during the day. The battery charged to 86% max but the display was loosing battery very fast without anything plugged on it till 0%. I tried then to charge it with the electric cable but same. The product is not charging anymore after 2 uses. Unfortunately I travelled abroad and I can’t return it because I leave for more than 30 days. Thankfully, the customer support was very reactive, they reached to me very quick to help me with my battery. They offered to send me a new one in exchange of the non working battery which I appreciate a lot. ... show more

I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to clarify some things for future buyers without being unfair to the product. It's a great bank. Do the math on the mAh in regards to your needs. I needed this for a camping trip and it can charge our Samsungs like 4.5 times each. It was about 11% per phone to charge which was excellent to take along since a lot of my smaller/older banks were starting to die. Downside. I had ORIGINALLY bought it to run a mini projector to host an "in the woods" drive in night as a surprise. Anything running off the AC plug will devour the battery much faster. If you're buying it for that, buy something hardier in the 150+ range. We had one, but I wanted a backup. That became the projector charger and this one became phones. I was worried it wouldn't be enough, but it worked amazingly. I can't speak to longevity since I've only had it a month and used it on one trip, but for the cost it was pretty good. I would buy it again, I just would only use the AC as an emergency, rather than relying on it. ... show more

Piece of garbage!!!! First use - got it charged to 100% and it drained within an hour. Second use after charging all night only charged up to 48% and would not work when we tried to run a small fan. Now it hasn’t charged anove 28% after being plugged in for hours! Do not waste your money - cheap Wal Mart phone batteries have more power and reliability. If you need a reliable good charger with power, buy a Jackery- we have three and I will be getting a fourth and using this piece of garbage as a doorstop!!!! ... show more

I have strongly mixed thoughts about this product. Ultimately, I was thoroughly unimpressed by the performance of this so-called Power Bank, for the specific purpose I bought it for. I honestly can only think of a couple of reasons that I would say, it's okay for anyone to get this, & even those reasons are on shaky ground. That's why I'm returning it. Pros: 1. It has a bright light. Something that can be essential in a power outage situation. 2. It has an AC plug outlet. That gives you huge flexibility with anything you need to charge. 3. It seems to fast-charge really fast. That's important and can even be pivotal when needing your phone or anything else, in a dire situation. 4. For the power it boast, it is very lightweight. I have a very powerful power bank, that's half the thickness, but multiple times the weight, though. 5. The price is very reasonable, for what the power bank says it can do. Cons: 1. I solely bought this because I thought it would have the power to charge up my electric bike, which actually doesn't require an extreme amount of power from the wall outlet. 2. It seems to drain almost half as fast as it charges. I've tried it, attempting to charge another small item, & in less than an hour, it was at 11%! Absolutely unacceptable. I hate the fact that it seems to only charge in one particular way. I always prefer multiple ways & ports for the charging options, And one of those ways should always be Type-C charging. ... show more

This is the second one of these I’ve bought. This time I opted for the more upgraded 88w model. First, this really holds a charge. You can leave it shut off for two months and it doesn’t drain the battery, I unpacked it at 72% charged and immediately plugged in a Microsoft Surface that was 30% charged, on which I was running updates. Less than 2 hours later, the Surface was 86% charged and the power station was down to 1%. It took almost 4 hours to fully recharge the power station from empty. Next, I charged a completely empty iPad using the USB (A) port on the power station rather than the AC Outlet. The USB charging seemed much more efficient. After 1 hour the iPad was 28% charged but the power station still had 93% of its power. I finished charging overnight and had 45% left on the power station. Really impressive. It then sat with all power off for two months while I did a lot of traveling. When I turned it back on, the charging capacity was still 45%. I then used it to power a cat cam overnight - which used to nearly drain my older model. In the morning it was still 19% charged. And, a month after that it’s still at 19%. This also has a nifty light that is quite powerful and can be set on flashing for emergency situations. This is a high quality device for charging small appliances and is definitely worth the price. ... show more
