I’ve purchased this item approximately 3 months ago. At this point I’m just about ready to sit it on the curb for free and I’ve never used it. The power cord does not fit into a general outlet. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing it. I reached out to the company and they were 0 help. Stay away from this company! I’ve searched high and low for the adapter and it doesn’t exist apparently. I’m guessing it’s foreign. You’re gonna have to find an electrician to rewire it. ... show more

Heats up fast but the quality of the design is very cheaply made . Shipped damaged with 3 of the legs mounts broken . Had to jimmy rig it to make it work . Plan on sending it back . Also does not include water pans and he plug is not a standard 110v plug

This is NOT compatible with a 110V which if you look at the item description it does state that. Just keep in mind that if you don’t have the proper outlet you WILL need a professional electrician to do the job in order to be able to use it. Other than that, I absolutely LOVE this product! It looks and works great. High grade material. They have another model that IS 110V but with only 2 warmers. I only wish this came available in 110v (4 warmers), so that I could take with me for catering and when hosting events at our home we would be able to use in multiple locations instead of just where the electrician installed the proper outlet. Overall, if you’re purchasing this and will only need it in one place, go for it! I HIGHLY recommend this product! ... show more

Came with a crack in the glass and it doesn’t stay hot paid a lot of money for this I’m very disappointed Although I’m out a lot of money I can’t deal with the hassle of taking it down and boxing to send back

Bought three for church event. Product works well but you'll have to alter the plug. It also has a rather short power cord that exits from underneath the middle of the unit and barely reaches past the legs on either side. Impossible to use the unit without fabricating an extension cord to reach the outlet that will also have to be modified. Lastly, and more importantly, the front of the unit where guests/customers view the food gets very hot. So much so that I had to cut some paneling to cover the front so people wouldn't get burned if they touched the unit. So, if you're happy with the price just be warned this table will actually cost you more to make it operational in a normal setting. ... show more
