I picked this up for small potluck parties, and it’s been working really well so far. Heats up quickly and keeps everything at a steady temp. The drain feature is a nice touch—makes cleanup easier than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I was going to be doing a Brunchy menu with this. This was the perfect addition but upon set up it leaked all over my table at my event. Thank God it was not plugged in. Waiting for my replacement and hoping it works out 🤞🏼

Warmer is what I expected for the price, shelves are too close together, if anything is sticking up in the aluminum trays you will not be able to use all 4 racks and really lucky to fix 3. Racks are just too close together. Besides that, it's cheaply made ,not sure how long it will last, but if items in tray are at proper level, it will fit all trays and hold temp well. It also comes up to temp really fast.

This thing is PERFECT for parties!!!! It has so many uses and it’s easy to set up. I don’t know how I ever got by without it. It didn’t over dry food like when you leave in a crock pot. Much bigger than I thought it was. The price was amazing too. Will definitely be buying more.

I purchased 2 of these at the same time. I've only opened one of them and I'm not happy at all. The unit leaks water from the bottom and we have to keep it sitting in a sheet pan with a towel that has to be rung out at least twice daily. The water is coming from what appears to be venting on the bottom of the unit. If that venting is for condensation this is a poorly engineered unit. I'm planning on sending the unopened one back.
