This is exactly what we needed for our food truck!!!. Assembly was easy if you use common sense (instructions are not detailed, but it's very, very easy to figure out) As soon as it was assembled we plugged it in, and within 3-4 minutes it had reached the temperature we set it at (we don't need the max temp. So if you need it really hot, it may take longer for you) Love the lights! It makes it look even better, and you can leave them on or off, depending on your preference. Nice warmer- it’s getting the job done. Assembly is crazy. The instructions are not in any English that makes sense so make sure you have someone mechanically inclined working on it. Also all temps are in Celcius. I’m on the US so this was a bit of a shock. I can convert and add an additional thermometer so it’s not a big deal. ... show more
