Having to resubmit my review as I guessed it focussed too much in the carrier experience. Unit is exceptionally large. So far it has worked well and gets remarkably cold and quickly! It is in our garage so I don’t mind the noise that much. It would be hard to envision this in a home kitchen due to the sound, a commercial kitchen or work environment would be fine. I wish it had more shelves than what ship with it because Of how much space is available. The shelves are a little weak in my quick opinion. One was bent upon arrival. Replacement ones seem expensive.

I had so much hope for this koolmore commercial freezer. I love the design, the no frill controls, the spacious interior, and the ability to adjust the shelves vertical spacing. What I don't like is the insulation or the lack thereof. It seems like no insulation was used or the insulation that was used have horrible R value. You can feel the coldness of the freezer by touching the exterior walls/door. For comparison, go touch your freezer, refrigerator, deep freezer, or even an ice cooler. These units will be pretty close to room temperature because they all have excellent insulation. The koolmore unit doesn't have good insulation and as a result the unit will turn on every 15 minutes because it doesn't hold its coldness effectively/efficiently.

Freezer is nice! Huge delivery package for a tiny man! When we unboxed it and got to freezer it has a bad dent in one of the front doors! The man said it was delivery unseen! He was in a rush to leave before we got it unpackaged! The cardboard box and foam around it weren’t damaged! So it had to be demanded before it was put in the box!

THIS FREEZER IS AMAZING! It has so much space it's ridiculous. all the different shelving options makes this unit perfect for someone looking for flexibility.
