The computer I received was D.O.A., but Corsair's customer service quickly sorted it out. I got a new one in a couple of days and have had no further problems. If I had say a downside it is that the computer has so few USB ports available, but that's very minor.

I’m really disappointed with the build quality of the Corsair Vengeance. The first unit I received had multiple fans that didn’t work, and even after checking the connections, I couldn’t find anything obvious causing the issue. I ended up returning it to Amazon. The second unit arrived with problems too — the window installation was poorly done. Honestly, I’m surprised Corsair doesn’t check these systems before shipping. This one was returned as well. It bricked straight away when I updated the video card, but I was able to recover it. However, it can’t make a decent wi-fi connection (0.4/sec). I see other reviewers complaining about the same problem and there are forums online full of people with the same issue. Wired is fine. I reckon that if you spend 4k on a computer, it ought to have a decent network card, at least as good as my 12-year old MacMini, which is in the same room, and connects flawlessly. ... show more
