Although this Toy lasted longer than some of the others, My 4 month old puppy chewed through the stomach where the squeaker is! I know it is a dog's purpose to Tear up the toy I guess , but I wish it would have lasted longer. It did last about 3 weeks.....and she had other toys she played with too. This is the second Kong toy I got for her And I can't say I am more impressed with Kong Products than any other so far.

My dog loves his animals. He had two teeth removed due to breaking on hard bones. He is a chewer. He usually breaks through stuffed animals or any thing with some kind of fabric but has yet to that with these. When we come home from work he quickly grabs one and runs all around the house with it.

This is my second purchase of this item my dog loves his Hippo, it usually lasts him about a week before he tears all the stuffing out of it and chews off the outer layer, however he absolutely loves the knotted ropes inside, he will run, and flip and shake it, he loves it so much we had to order him this one again, however when this one came in it was a small one, but he enjoyed it as much as the large one he had before
