***UPDATE*** - If you receive a damaged item like I did, I suggest reaching out to the seller. They did read my concern with this review and they have reached out to me. They want to send me a replacement frame in better packaging. They say that they will be improving their packaging. So this seller does support their products and they do care about the happiness of their customers. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have ordered a number of picture frames from Amazon. Most frames come in very strong packaging to keep the frame safe during shipping. That is not the case with this frame. This frame came in a flimsy, thin box and the frame was surrounded by a very thin layer of bubble wrap that didn't do anything to protect the frame from bending. Amazon then shipped it in a plastic envelope, so it was no surprise to see this frame cracked in half. The frame does have a very pretty look. It's made out of single layer of glass with a plastic sleeve glued onto the back to insert your photo. This frame is very delicate, so I'm surprised that they didn't put more care into the materials used for this product. The stand that is on the back of the frame to hold it up is made out of a cheap, bendable plastic that could easily break over time. I can see this frame easily tipping over and becoming damaged. I think that, if the manufacturer put a little more attention into the quality of their materials, this could be a really nice frame. I'm very disappointed. ... show more

This is a very beautiful stunning frame! It's entirely made of glass. The edging is more of a mirror effect. So this frame can be used just about any place in the home; and/or office. You can put just about any type of photo that you want to have in it; because all the frame is going to do is accentuate the photo. The downside is...that you're going to see a lot of fingerprints. So they'll be a lot of dusting and wiping throughout your lifetime, using this frame. I'm not crazy about the arm that the frame uses to stand upright. It does not feel that secure. It will stand upright on a hard flat surface. It does not stand upright on anything that's not a hard surface. The arm has some give to it. So for me... I would want to display it in a place that's guaranteed not to have a lot of foot traffic. Because... I fear that the slightest little jolt will cause this frame to come crashing down; and just shattering into pieces. ... show more

*Update* the vendor reached out and honestly tried so hard to make things right including offering to send me a replacement. I declined, but adding a star to my previous review for customer service! I love this look but the actual product is a bit light, more flimsy than I would have liked. The back where the photo goes is simply a pocket, which would allow very little variation without a bit of trouble for fitting into the display side. My biggest problem is that it was damaged upon arrival - the corner was chipped. I realize that is not the product itself but with such a delicate piece, I hope the vendor adds corner protectors for shipping the product in the future. ... show more

This is such a beautiful frame. The one draw back is that once you insert the photo it is really tight to get the picture out if it needs to be rotated or adjusted. I had the hardest time trying to center the photo once it was in there. It’s very easy to put the photo in the frame. Easy as pie actually. But trying to get the photo out I hurt my cuticles trying to go up under the backing. After a few times the backing was tearing away from the frame. Fortunately, I was able to adjust the photo before the entire backing ripped away. However it is a beautiful frame that I will display very proudly. ... show more

I really like glass and mirror edging of this frame but it came with a greasy smudge on the inside and there is no way to clean it. If you could open the back like most frames, that would be perfect but I'm afraid to put a picture in it since I don't know what the smudge is. I couldn't get a picture of the smudge since the glass and mirror reflect everything . I think it would be a nice looking frame if I could use it. ... show more
