When I originally Bought this product I had a lot of issues with it. Starting staying lit…When I really realized the lighter was not working much at all I was out of my return window. I Reached out to the company, told them my frustration. And they sent me a new lighter. It has been about 6 months. This lighter is working much, much better than the first lplayer. It is a bit frustrating that I have to adjust. The pressure to the point it's at almost full power for it to work a consistently. Other than that, for the price, it's a great product.

The media could not be loaded. I can’t say enough good things about A. This product B. Customer support. I have used this product for 3 years. I have a tendency to lose small pocket things like lighters but have kept tabs on one for 2 years before I finally lost it. I repurchased it because it never gave me issues. I got my new one and after a few months it started leaking butane. I contacted customer service and within minutes I had a brand new replacement shipped to my door. The product is durable, reliable, and fir the price and support you won’t be disappointed

I love the gray metallic color, it's a heavy lighter, l have moderate large hands, and this fits well in mine. The three torches are a plus, and the off angle of the lighter's makes lighting up easy. I love that the off switch can be left off. It makes the stress on one's thumb, reduced. I haven't used it out side, but with the three torches should work well. Odd, it doesn't have a fuel "window" to check the level of fuel is left. But, I would easily buy this lighter again, and a gift, but remember this lighter is not for everyone, because of its weight.

Was very impressed with the look and feel of the first one I received. Unfortunately it took at least three or four ignition attempts to get a flame, and even then, the flame would sometimes go out quickly. Figured I'd try another as mentioned before, I really like the looks of this lighter. Replacement is completely defective as it almost never achieves a flame no matter how many times I click the switch. Its a shame as the cheap plastic torch lighters are far superior! Waste of my time having to make two trips to a UPS store to return!
