I ordered this upgraded “A” frame trailer jack with a 5,000 lb rating for my equipment trailer, and it's been a serious upgrade over the lightweight manual jack that originally came with it. My old one had become hard to raise and lower, had no grease fitting, and was starting to rust badly. After reading about this Kohree jack’s heavy-duty build, rigid internal gears, grease fitting, and compatibility with 20V–24V cordless drills, I decided to give it a try. I’m very glad I did. Right out of the box, this jack feels incredibly solid. It’s made of alloy steel and has a real “built like a tank” feel to it. It arrived well packaged with dense foam endcaps and no damage at all. The welds and finish look clean, and it immediately felt far more substantial than the jack it replaced. Installation took me about 30 minutes. The 6-hole mounting flange (instead of the typical 3-hole pattern) gives you more flexibility for positioning and provides a secure fit. Once bolted down on my A-frame trailer, it felt stable and rock solid. Performance is where this jack really shines. The main leg has a lift range from 11.4" to 25.3", and with the adjustable 7-position drop-leg foot, total height can extend the range from 23.2" to 37.2". The silver lower foot assembly alone can be lowered about 12 inches and pinned in place close to the ground, letting you fine-tune with the main jack travel. That amount of adjustability is fantastic and eliminates the need to block up the trailer in most situations. The drop leg is sturdy and easy to adjust, and the retaining pin clips securely so it won’t fall out or get lost. The round foot plate is much larger than my old jack’s and feels stable even on uneven gravel. In muddy conditions, you may still want to use a wider base underneath, but for normal use it’s solid. The standout feature for me is the drill compatibility. It comes with the correct socket and adapter for a 1/2" impact driver or cordless drill. I hooked up my 20V drill and was able to fully extend the jack in less than 30 seconds. It’s smooth and controlled as long as you apply steady trigger pressure. This cuts hitching and leveling time down to seconds and requires virtually zero effort. If you don’t have a drill handy, the included manual crank works smoothly and comfortably, with much less resistance than my old jack. Another feature I really appreciate is the grease fitting under the gear housing. Being able to properly lubricate the internal gears will help prevent rust and extend the life of the jack. Just follow the recommended lubrication schedule and use a high-pressure waterproof grease. I also like the green, yellow, and red indicator bands near the top of the tube that clearly show when you’re nearing maximum extension—great added safety feature. With its 5,000 lb capacity, this jack is more than capable of handling larger boat, RV, cargo, or equipment trailers. It weighs around 17 pounds (installed, with handle), so it’s on the heavier side during installation, but that weight reflects the solid construction and heavy-duty design. The weight on the jack alone (without handle) is 15 lbs.; so it's a substantial jack. Overall, this Kohree A-Frame Trailer Jack is a durable, high-capacity, and thoughtfully designed upgrade. It comes with everything needed for installation and drill operation right out of the box. Smooth operation, excellent adjustability, excellent quality, and true time-saving convenience make this an easy 5-star recommendation. I am very surprised to see this qualit in a jack so economically priced. It's a great value for the money. I’m extremely happy with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I have a tongue box on my trailer that interfered with the jack handle, so the previous owner changed it out for an electric trailer jack, this worked great until it stopped working. I replaced it with a top handle jack that also interfered with the tongue box, but after adding a foot of copper pipe to the top of "worked" but could not be used when the trailer was loaded. Seeing the design of this unit it looked like it would solve my problem. With the triangle mount I was hoping I would be able to set the handle facing forward instead of to the side, unfortunately the holes only lined to with the handle facing to the side, or to the back where it would be completely blocked by the tongue box. I mounted it facing the side, it included all hardware needed for this, and I got it swapped out in just a few minutes. When replacing the old jack I rose the tongue first, then rested it on blocking when lowering the tongue to remove all weight from the jack. I removed the old jack and installed this one. Note that you need to install the foot as you slide this jack into the mount or you will not have the height needed to install the long adjustable height foot. After the foot is slid into place and pinned, simple bolt the jack to the trailer and you should be good to go. I tested the jack with: The included handle - this conflicted with my trailer box but was possible since the handle could be removed every 180 degrees and attached again. Not optimal for my configuration. A socket wrench - this worked great since the ratcheting mechanism did not require removal of the wrench, but is slow. A nice emergency option to have available though. A cordless impact driver - worked quickly and smoothly for raising and lowering, but raising caused the driver to impact and I would worry that might cause damage to the unit. The manual (which is clear and easy to read, doesn't feel like a haphazard use of auto translate) only mentions the use of a cordless drill, not impact driver, so do so at your own risk. A cordless drill - by far the smoothest, fastest, and quietest method of raising and lowering the jack. Note that the manual does caution against using the drill on too high a speed and overheating the gearing. Overall very pleased with the multitude of options to use the jack, as well as the grease zerk and removable head for service and regreasing. The jack feels built to last and has the features needed to keep it going rather than a sealed disposable unit. My only concern would be that there is no way the lock the handle to the jack, so you will need to keep track of it in order to use your trailer, and make sure not to leave the handle on after use at risk of losing the handle on the road. No problem in my case since there is a tongue box to store it in, and it's so simple to install and remove I don't think I will be likely to leave the handle installed.
