I received this product very quickly. The device was easy to install. My old jack was rated for 2000 pounds and installed the original 3 bolts and my old jack was out and the new one (7500 pounds) was mounted in 15 mins. I appreciated the extra mount holes (6 in total) as it allowed me to install the Jack at a 90 degree angle so that I now can bring my Tailgate down on my truck and not hit the jack head / Handel. Wiring up this unit was easy but the wires were about 2 feet too short. I crimped on some additional wire to extending it into my battery box. Once connected the Light and Switch to run the motor all worked as expected. I even tested the hand crank and found that very easy to operate in the event of a dead battery. Pros: Installation was easy - whole install took 30 minutes but that is because I am particular with the way I run my wires. was able to run the jack at 90 degrees and install it sideways based on the extra holes (6)on the mount. Holes lined up perfectly. Handled the load of my camper just fine. Cons: speed I found it was a bit slow but I am fine with things taking their time.

I bought this and waited until winter storage to change it out....at first connecting it didnt work, checked the in-line fuse and that was good. Problem ended up being the in-line fuse protection wiring must have been improperly made so I cut that out and spliced in a new one. Works great now

I replaced my manual back breaker with this 5000lb electric Jack. It only took a few minutes to attach, using the existing openings and bolt mounting holes. It uses 3/8" hardened bolts. It doesn't include the bolts. I used the old ones that were in great condition. I connected a 10AH Lifepo4 battery and it worked like a charm. Only took me 10 years to upgrade my trailer to an electric jack. I can't believe I didn't do it sooner. I'll be buying a light colored weather cover for the control head, since the Jack is black and I live in SW Florida, where the Sun is brutal. It's very simple to install and use.

Jack has broken and have only used it about 5 times. All the parts have fallen out of it and now I have to use a floor jack until I get a new jack. Definitely would not recommend this product at all. Have only had the Jack six months and it is 100 % trash now.

So far so good this Jack Works fantastically. Just make sure your battery is charged well or you have a good capacity battery these things do drain batteries very easily. The buttons are extremely sturdy and seem to be weather resistant the motor had no trouble lifting the trailer, the installation was easy and the fitment is fantastic looks like a good heavy duty design in the parts where it counts and the footpad seems to be very good as well the welding quality looks to be professional obviously probably done by a robot. I would highly recommend for the price.

I just could not be happier with my purchase. I have a dump trailer and an enclosed trailer for work and I am constantly switching back and forth with a hand crank. This is a game changer for me. Read a lot of reviews for this most common complaint was that it is slow. I truly don't understand what they expect, let a faster one come down on their toe one time...m anyway I put the leg on the last hole when driving so that it does not bottom out and the first hole when I want to drop the trailer that way I only have about two inches to lower it. I will be getting two more for my other trailers. As I stated, I am very happy with this product.
