This compressor is impressive! The performance is as advertised. I filled my almost flat 35 " tire in about two minutes or so. The noise is about as loud as a gastation compressor and works the same. You'll attach the cables to your battery and the compressor has a on off switch. You switch it on and the compressor will cycle on and shut off. Now when you squeeze the air filler it will turn on. As you fill you can periodically let off the trigger and check the actual pressure then keep filling if needed without the compressor stopping. The unit requires 2 aa batteries for the psi guage. The guage has a battery charge indicator which is nice and a back-lit display when needed. Your able to turn on and off the back lighting. The compressor has a very lo g inflator line that easily reaches everywhere. The over all build quality is solid and the unit is not too heavy or too big. About the size of a medium center consil in a car. The motor does get a bit warm while in use but cools fast and has a built in shut down thermal trip for protection. I filled 4 35 inch tires with not triggering of protection. The air fitting are leak free and seem of good quality as well. All in all I'm impressed! A like name brand unit is so much more expensive and after all we are just filling tires right? I was skeptical of this and almost didn't get it but I'm very very very glad I did. I would strongly recommend this unit as a good 4x4 air pump. For a small car it's overkill but will work great on any application. 4 stars because I haven't used it much.

The media could not be loaded. There’s many like this design on the market. HR has one that looks just like it, except this is $30 cheaper. It’s definitely heavy, and heavy duty. Selling point for me is that it had your standard air compressor fitting. I was able to rig up my own 2-way air inflation/deflation kit. I was testing how fast it would pump up my 33in tires from 20 to 35psi. In about 5 minutes, it was able to inflate 2 tires at once, no problem. My last tire inflator took 7minutes PER Tire. After about 5–7 minute of operating time, temperature got up to 150-160f. Having a 2 way helped I’m guessing considering tire inflation is restricted at the valve core, and any back pressure would make the motor work harder. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Time will tell how dependable this unit is.

Gets the job done when I need to inflate my SUV tires. The digital pressure gauge is nice for keeping track of tire pressure. It is slower than I expected when inflating larger SUV tires. Power cord could be longer for better reach around the vehicle. Overall it does get the job done but for the price I was expecting more.

I am honestly surprised at how heavy this thing is for what its intended use is. The weight of this thing could easily be inconvenient for most people. Definitely on the cheaper side of things cause most 12v compressors I've had/used are just as capable and don't weigh this much, so obviously some heavier materials used. It is working at a good inflation rate for my truck tires that hold 80psi. It comes mounted to an additional plate that has rubber feet for a much quieter running of the compressor. I believe they did this to help keep something like grass away from the hot motor if it gets ran a long time. The entire design seems bulky to me but I think a lot of that is safety precautions so it's good to see that. I'm excited about the digital gauge! Comes with a decent length hose and the compressor and hose ends are already fitted with quick connects. You will only be connecting this directly to a car battery as I'm sure it has way too much draw to connect to your 12v outputs inside the car. I'm hoping this is a good quality working pump but only time can tell on that.

So I knew the tires on my van were all about just 10 to 15 PSI low on pressure and I was waiting to fill them up until I received this so I could test it out and so I got it all hooked up and everything and when I went to the first tire, it seemed to do a great job at topping it off, but as I went to the second tire it started filling up with air for about maybe five seconds, and then literally abruptly stopped making a loud noise and literally smoke started coming out from the motor area and it reeks like burning electrical wire and now will not work at all as if the motor is locked up, not sure if I just got a dud or possibly a defective model But this thing is supposed to handle high-pressure, and it couldn’t even handle putting in 20 psi of air before apparently blowing up total disappointment
