Minor error in installation led to major disappointment and frustration. Simple add to directions would have made all the difference. Black gasket was installed upside down, seat would not stay latched to toilet. Once fixed, no problem.

This is the second toilet seat we’ve had because when guests come over if they don’t sit squarely on the seat their weight breaks the plastic. I know that sounds crazy but you would think they would make a sturdier toilet seat. This is ridiculous! Bring back the old wooden seats.

This was a replacement for a cracked seat, which was about 5 years old. Pricey but looks good. Easy to install. Delivered in packaged that was a bit beat up but had no damage.

I have had this seat for about 2 years. The original seat we ordered did not arrive in original packaging and was missing parts. Amazon replaced quickly, but I shouldn't have to tell Amazon not to ship toilet seats without original packaging. It fit the elongated bowl well. It is a little flimsy as the undersie of the seat is concave or recessed to save material in the manufacturing process. My biggest reason for rating 1 star is the manufacturing flaw. I did not originally notice the crack when received, possibly due yo the thunder grey color, but the underside back of the seat has a crack at the mold seam at the very back of the seat. The seam can be seen from the top of the seat, and the crack is immediately under that seam. I am betting other owners seats have developed similar cracks. It may have come with that original crack, or the polymers from which the seat was injection molded may be contracting as the polymer plastcizers out gas. Or it may simply be that the seat is too weakly designed to survive very long. Either way this is a bad product and I will need to replace. It has now develop yet another crack. This seat is in a bathroom that rarely gets used. These are poorly made and are a waste of money! ... show more

It was easy to install and directions were clear. This shade is called dune, but has a pearl white color which I like with the white porcelain bowl.

Works exactly as designed, easily installed, very comfortable perch. Just seems flimsy? makes plastic-protest noises when you use it, not cracking or breaking, just letting you know its working..we'll see how it lasts. For the record, could not find exact replacement for 12-year old seat that broke so this was best alternative. ... show more
