The other review is correct. AWESOME FLUSH! This toilet can also take almost anything you can throw at it (so to speak). Ive had this for just over 3 years now (it was $60 cheaper then) and it has only clogged once. It really should have been a “3 flusher”, but I waited to do it in one. Completely my fault but I needed to know! I love that it is a single piece unit. Less area for breakdown/leaks over time. The flushing mechanism has never once failed me. I would say the install was a little tricky. I didnt like the way the side support mounts fastened to the floor anchors—it seemed unnecessarily convoluted to me. I never could get a rock-solid grip. If I wanted to, I could rotate the toilet a bit but thankfully I dont want to Gravity is also helping to keep it put. This is why I cant give it 5 stars. Maybe someone with more experience can get those anchors tighter, but I think its just a cheap mounting system. Also its a bit expensive. However now that its installed I really do love it. Note that my first shipment arrived with a completely busted up box and a lot of rattling inside. I think theyre packing job has a LOT to be desired as my one piece the toilet came in 15 pieces. Thanks to Amazon Prime I was able to get another in 2 days and I simply put the broken unit to the trash. If mine ever did break, I would buy this again for sure. ... show more

I ordered this toilet to replace my 20 year old Kohler Memoirs Stately toilet. I love that this is one piece and has the skirted bottom. No more dust collecting on the bottom panel of the toilet or that weird leg like feature. I love the handle and how effortless it is to flush. I will note that my plumber did have to do a second trip while I waited to get a 10” rough in kit because the 12” that the toilet came with was not suitable for the configuration of my bathroom because of my wall tile. However that’s not a problem with the toilet and I received the kit immediately. So just a heads up to anyone installing that my have tile on their wall. ... show more

    • Flush mechanism & float switch problems
This toilet is horrible. The flush mechanism was received without being installed correctly from the factory - therefore it runs constantly. Once that was repaired the float valve sticks in the up position and you must remove the toilet top to manually reset the float.

I’m redoing four bathrooms, so bought 4 of these through a plumbing contractor friend on heavy discount. The first is already installed and we’re very pleased with it. It is everything we specified in a new toilet, one piece, no “ugly” tube in the back, crisp and clean lines, raised height and had to have superior flushing action. It flushes very effectively, out performing another 1.6 gallon flush unit and matches up to two very old Art Deco toilets circa 1952 that use a lot of water (5 gallon flush?) but really do not flush any more effectively. The unit was easily installed and I am puzzled by anyone who has had trouble with installation. I did have to modify it which was a straightforward piece of cake. The brackets are not adjustable up or down and mine did not align with the side holes on the toilet. They were too low. Easy fix. I used very large galvanized washers and stacked them as shims between the black wax mount housing and the bottom of the bracket to lift the bracket up to alignment level. Simple. ... show more
