Needed to replace a toilet in our new home and were surprised to find out there was such a thing as a 10" rough-in toilet. This made for limited choices in finding a quality, elongated bowl at comfort height. There are not a lot of 10" rough-in choices when it comes to toilets and they are definitely more expensive. This is a high quality toilet and was easy to install - the shipping time took a few weeks. As others have mentioned, it does not come with a toilet seat, which is of course ridiculous. I haven't installed it yet but I have three others in the other bathrooms and they are great! The reason this review is only getting 3 stars is because it didn't come with a seat. All of the ones that I bought at Lowe's (for $179 each) came with the slow closing seat. This one I had to special order here because it needed a 10" rough-in which made the cost jump to $318! For $318 you'd think that they would throw in the toilet seat. Especially when they do for the cheaper 12" rough-in model. But noooo! I guess when Kohler wants to gouge you, they want to do it fully. It's enough to make look at American Standard for all future bathroom fixtures. ... show more

I had my son install this just to give him some exposure to working with his hands, with no experience at all he made it look easy! No issues after several years.... Will never buy another toilet unless it is comfort height.

I recently purchase this toilet in black. We love the toilet has a nice flush to it. That being said when the plummer went to install it there were no screws to screws/ bolts nor were there a water line to connect to flush. When I wrote to the seller I did not RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE!!!!!!! Though we are not returning this item they seem to have very poor customer service. ... show more
