Replacement/upgrade for the Kohler cold water version which I was happy with other than the cold water. Works well and feels like good quality. My only complaints are that it has a built-in "night light" that cannot be turned off. Really don't need to see my toilet bowl lit up like a Christmas tree (especially if it needs cleaning). And, even though the seat heating can be turned off (don't need my butt warmed to do my business), it randomly comes on anyway. I don't know if this is a defect or something I'm doing to accidentally turn on. But generally very happy with this.

This bidet has many features and only deducting one star because it doesn't have a dryer. It has many options for seat temperature and water flow. I was able to install the seat within 30 minutes. I love this bidet and highly recommend it.

Finally got it installed. Put seat on just fine by myself. Could not get nut loose that holds fill unit inside tank so could not connect water. Plumber sawed it off! Then he got manuals all wet. I think we might like it and will update review. Seat is pretty small for adults!

The product itself is fine but the seller included photos of a dryer on this big day. This model does not include a dryer. I paid someone to install these and now I have to remove them and put them in my kids bathrooms and order two more with dryers. Make sure you read the complete description of each model instead of relying on the photos before purchasing.

This seat is easy to install and works so well. We have used 1/2 the toilet paper and feel cleaner than ever. I recommend it for anyone looking to save money and increase their health by being clean.

I ordered this with the hope it would relieve some painful hemorrhoids. Then the pandemic hit and toilet paper was difficult to purchase for a while. This bidet seat solved both problems. First, it does require the longer oval toilets rather than the round ones. We actually got a new toilet so it would fit, and started out with everything fresh. My wife did the installation. She is moderately handy around the house, but not hugely, and she managed it just fine. You also need a handy gfci outlet, and keep in mind the cord is relatively short. All the features are great. The seat is warm enough without being uncomfortably so. The water is warm immediately, no burst of cold first. The water nozzle hides away when not in use. You don't even notice the lights except at night, when it's great for a middle of the night bathroom trip without killing your eyes. The controls are fairly intuitive except for one thing: we still haven't managed to figure out how to set the per-person presets. I do like how the remote mounts to a convenient place to reach on the wall. The battery life is great. It lasted a couple years for us. In summary, a great product I wish I had considered years ago. When given the choice to return to the office or continue working from home, this bidet seat factored in much more heavily than I'd care to admit. Well worth it.

The Kohler bidet might be for some people. But not my family. And this is not to say that a bidet might not be for our family. As personal as this is, the bidet function was a highly anticipated function for our day to day hygiene. But there is a key feature of the bidet that caused us to be sad. So out of the box, you've got all of the necessary components to install. There is a T-adapter that takes the supply from the wall to the tank. That T-adapter feeds the bidet. The bidet has a special base that attaches to the toilet. Then you simply snap the bidet in place. I did find that it was a bit of a pain to get the water line attached to the bidet. I took the seat off, attached it with the seat detached and reattached the seat. There's a simple button to press to remove the seat at any time. Once the bidet had power, we were ready to test. Simply sitting down on the bidet would activate the functions like the light and the heat. There are settings so you can adjust the bidet for his or hers. Or if you have a back issue vs a front issue. It all seemed to work well, There was an initial issue where the water pressure might have irrigated things a lot too vigorously but fortunately you can dial down the water pressure from "enema" to "cleansing". The biggest issue was that this is not an integrated bidet to the toilet. So it takes a very comfortable elongated toilet seat and converts it into something much smaller. And it just isn't that comfortable. So the gain of having a clean butt, is offset by the discomfort. In fact, the back of the seat sits so much higher than the front, we felt like we were sliding off the toilet. Considering that you will not need the bidet function constantly (or I sure hope not), it makes going to the bathroom a pain.
