Comfortable easy to put together but a bit time-consuming you need two people to attach the bed as it’s heavy furniture solid sturdy product mattress very comfortable drawers are not attached but they roll in and out extremely easy on vinyl or laminate or wood flooring would recommend.

I love the idea of this sofa. The style and quality is fantastic also. However, the mattress slips constantly. Also...i have given up on trying to make it function into a bed and back into a sofa again. I just bought a house for my children and me. It's only 2 bedrooms, which I have given to them. This futon is my bed. I sleep decently on it.. getting used to it as time goes on. I simply wish that it was more user friendly. I also wish the mattress would stay in sofa form without constantly slipping down outa place. It's been 3 week's now and im thinking of getting carpet tape to put under it and tape it to its frame. ... show more

Plusses: - Just a great futon for the price, we liking so far. Fill sturdy, and ease enough to say anyone can assemble longer they take their time and follow instructions. Was delivered pretty quick and took about 1.5 for making room and fully assemble the furniture, taking the time. Minuses: - It had few ding and chips in faithe of the furniture upon delivery, but nothing major, since it painted white was pretty easy to fix. Suggestion: add legs slider so it easy to move and wood legs doesn't have to be dragging on the flooring. Add ,maybe tensioner spring to make flip flop mechanism smoother. Overall is a great futon, and i would recommended! ... show more

Although the frame is sturdy and well constructed, my husband and I are very disappointed with the mattress. At first the mattress was firm and comfortable, but it didn't take long for it to lose its thickness and become uncomfortable. We use this futon daily for sitting in the living room.

Really liked the assembly very easy and took no time at all. The color was spot on from the advertising. Very comfortable especially for a futon and good support from the mattress. The only 2 things I would say could be improved. 1 better picture on the 2 draws underneath not being attached to the unit and are floating draws. 2 better support bar in the front holding the mattress. 2 days in I sat fown like normal and the front wood support snapped in half. I'm only 5'7" 170 lbs so not a big guy. The reason I give 5 stars is because customer service was number 1. They are sending out an entire new unit. They told me to fix what is broken and send back the broken parts in the boxes and what I don't use and no cost to me. Hopefully no other problems with this from this point on. ... show more

This thing is awesome! It's very well built, sturdy, and looks amazing! It went together faster and easier than IKEA furniture but this is really solid material. The mattress is very thick and comfortable. It all came in four separate boxes; nothing too large or difficult to move. I put it together myself but it's pretty difficult to get the bed/couch part into the frame part with one person. ... show more

The futon is not supported well by the straps that are on it. They are fairly flimsy and did not match the pictures. Took the person they sent 4 hrs and said they should have sent 2 people. So bare that in mind.
