I purchased two of these for my kids to take to Disney. We have tested them out and they work great for just cheap cameras. They aren’t professional photo taking but they are good enough. I’m sure they will work great outside. We tried them inside and our lighting isn’t that great. The camera does print slow. My kids kept clicking the take picture button because it hadn’t started printing and then it printed 3 photos in a row. So I would recommend waiting a few seconds after the button has been pushed. There are alot of reviews stating there isn’t a charger. The product doesn’t come with the usb cord but all that charges it is a micro usb which is very common in every household these days. Or pick one up for a couple dollars. My kids love their camera and we are very pleased with the purchase! ... show more

The Kodak device uses significantly less expensive consumables versus the Fuji or Polaroid alternatives. You could print something like 6 photos on this camera for the price of one print from the others. The device itself is kinda slow. You push the button for a photo, and if the camera is still busy doing anything else, you’re going to miss that picture. Things have to be exactly correct, before it will snap and print. It’s also a bit confusing as to which way the paper is supposed to load. Without the guide sheet, it’s pretty much impossible. ... show more

Got this camera for my daughters birthday. It’s lightweight and a nice color but it came with no charger. The charger at uses is also a little bit different than one you would just have on hand at home so make sure you order a charger when ordering this camera..

    • Cute but not worth the money

I'm a photographer and a camera lover, and instant print is my favorite kind of photography so I had to check this out, I mean the reviews made it seem amazing. I got it for myself for Christmas and I keep going back to my instax minis, which cost about the same, take better photos, have a much much much better battery life, and are actually INSTANT. Sure it's fun to have pictures that are stickers (it's not easy to get the photo off the adhesive paper, FYI), and the printomatic can take some really artsy photos once you have spent tons of money on film and thrown away tons of trash photos learning how get the thing to utilize lighting properly etc, but then once I got that figured out it started taking all my photos off-center! I no longer know where to aim the camera so now I have to relearn that. The button is too easy to accidentally press and I have hit it so many times and taken idk how many pics of the inside of the camera bag, if is ridiculous. I could never in good conscience recommend this camera to anyone ... show more

The only reason im not kicking myself for buying this is bc 1. It was on sale 2. Its just a back up for my polaroid snap, during a small event. Cons: * as mentioned in other reviews you gave to buy a charging cable separately * the battery cover is annoyingly hard to get back in * takes a lot longer than the Snap to print a picture * the snap has slightly better picture quality Pros: * its a lot cheaper than some of the other cameras like the Polaroid Snap * it does its job take picture and prints within a few minutes * compatible with the zink photo paper so I didnt have to get 2 different types of paper or film. (For just needing a simple back up camera this sealed the deal for me, when trying to decide) ... show more
